1. Returns Policy We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and free from wear or damage.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, Amdesi.in will cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
2. Refunds Policy Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:
Items with obvious signs of use
Items not in their original condition, or damaged in return transit
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Exchanges Policy We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
